Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at the parts counter. This position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers in-person, online, and over the phone in finding the parts they need and processing transactions efficiently. In addition to supporting customers, this role will also focus on improving our online presence by enhancing our website with product photos, detailed descriptions, and related items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in person, online, and via phone to identify and source required parts
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell complementary products when appropriate
  • Research and verify part numbers, availability, and pricing
  • Maintain organized and accurate parts inventory
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly
  • Enhance product listings on the company website by adding photos, detailed descriptions, and related items
  • Support efforts to improve the overall online shopping experience

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or parts counter preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to learn and understand technical product information
  • Basic computer skills; experience with e-commerce platforms a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Agricultural-related experience is a plus
