Location: Lititz, Pennsylvania
Pay: $24–$33/hour (based on experience)

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Job Supervisor to oversee subcontractors and coordinate the construction of agricultural buildings and equipment installations. This individual will work closely with our sales team to review building specifications, ensure proper layout, and deliver projects that meet our high standards for quality and accuracy. The Job Supervisor will also coordinate deliveries, inspect work throughout the build, and complete final start-up checks to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Collaborate with the salesperson to review and confirm building specifications.
- • Lay out building foundations and structures according to blueprints.
- • Work with the purchasing coordinators to schedule and track material and equipment deliveries.
- • Direct subcontractors and conduct frequent inspections to ensure quality and compliance with plans.
- • Complete equipment start-ups to verify proper operation upon project completion.
- • Provide service and repair work for agricultural equipment as needed.
- • Travel regularly to job sites throughout the northeastern U.S.
Qualifications:
Required:
- • Hands-on construction and concrete experience.
- • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- • Mechanically minded with strong problem-solving skills.
- • Clean driving record with flexibility for frequent travel.
- • Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- • Agricultural industry experience.
- • Foreman or supervisor experience.
- • Electrical experience.
- • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
